It's new, it's innovative and probably the first product range of its type in the entire world. We are proud to release our SIP (open standard SIP) based VoIP telephony products (door stations, OEM / lift style telephones and intercoms) that are able to work with many different open source and proprietary VoIP PBX systems. Our solutions have been tested extensively using the Asterisk PBX Software (www.asteriskpbx.org) to ensure complete interoperability with leading SIP implementations. Our VoIP products are not vapour-ware, the are here now!

  • Liftcom / OEM (original equipment manufacturer) which is a basic unit (the main housing plus a speaker and microphone) ideal for customers who want to integrate a VoIP intercom into their equipment (for example car park pay station equipment) as well as customers who may be installing it to replace older equipment.
  • Door station range which uses VoIP instead of a traditional PSTN / PBX line. There are several different models inlcuding the:
  • CST (customer service telephone) style phones are under development and will be available with either just a keypad or keypad and display. You will have a choice of either using a BT (British Telecom) style handset, or a more rugged polycarbonate style handset which is ideal for vandal prone environments. Again, this phone will support PoE as well as many other functions. Development has also started on adding self-test functions to the phone as well as some display control functions.

Some typical applications that we have designed these phones for include integration into equipment manufactured for customer service (vending machines and parking pay stations), airports and other areas where customer service phones may be required (for example hotel / taxi call points) plus large premises such as hotels and apartments which may require intercom facilities at front gates or may require linking to a database so that they can dynamically assign PIN codes to visitors.
